About DIY Construction Documents

DIY Construction documents is a subsidiary of Absolute Notice Inc. Absolute Notice provides full service notice to owner and lien creation and service for construction professionals across the state of Florida.

We found though, that while most of our clients needed full service, there was a segment of our market we were missing by not selling a more do-it-yourself type of service.

Thus, DIYC Documents was born, using the same forms and documents that we use every day in our full service business. These are professionally created, according to Florida statutes, and can be used for the purposes intended.

We recommend that all of our clients additionally seek the counsel of a qualified legal and/or accounting professional if they have any serious concerns and/or questions regarding the ramifications of notices to owner and/or liens.
